Ain't no one here can tell you. It all depends on how strongly you feel about her. It's easy to say to dump her but some people have responded greatly to redemption. Just depends on how much you want to be with her

Yeah. That's when you have to draw the line otherwise you become an enabler and it will continue to go on.. They have to want to get help then actually get help before anything changes.

There are countless women in the world. Endless. Your life is too short to waste time on a opiate junky. The absolute worst decision here is knocking this ho up. 100% chance she has sucked dick for dope.

Also, don’t think you will be able to keep drinking or anything else around her either
I get the feeling that he wouldn't be willing to do that. I also get the feeling that he'd have to leave his current circle of friends because of the lifestyle they live. I doubt he's willing to do that either.

First thing you need to do is get a new cellphone number and a new place. Cut all ties before she pulls her shite.

My wife went down the same path... she is no longer living due to her choices... the person you knew before the poison is not the same as the one after despite what some may tell you

Same here but now an ex and she has somehow continued living despite her terrible health.
My losses are well past triple digits and continue to climb because the system is a farse. She stooped as low as stealing her own daughter's college fund who I raised and had completely setup for college fare free.

Only solace I have is that I've gotten my life on track despite her. She has continued to spiral downward to the point her family has cut off all contact from her.

This whole opioid epidemic is bull shite. This is self inflicted. I don’t care if something bad happened to her it’s still her fault she got on this shite. These ppl need to accept personal responsibility for their actions of getting hook this and quit blaming some traumatic event in their lives. Bad she happens that is life, deal with it.

Word - I have been prescribed all that shite over the years and have tried street stuff as well. Never had a problem.

My 75-year old mother was prescribed this stuff when she had her knee replaced. I told her to be very careful and take only what was necessary. The prescription said for her to take 4 a day. After a couple of weeks, my dad asked her to start cutting back to 2 a day. She said, "What do you mean? I only took 1 a day for the first week and have not taken a one since". She is a tough broad.

I know people say it is a disease, but I remember Tommy Lasorda when Darryl Strawberry had his issues. He said it was a weakness. It is probably both, but this isn't a contagious disease. You don't get addicted if you don't put it in your body in the first place.

The closest that I have come to it was last Thanksgiving. I heard my sister-in-law crying while talking on the phone. I asked my brother to check on her. Turns out that her nephew had ODed. He was a good-looking, clean cut, young guy with a wife and 1-year old baby. He had a good job working at Amazon. Not what one thinks of when you picture a druggie. He had been to treatment. After dinner with his family, he said he was going to meet a certain group of friends. Unfortunately, he met another group of "friends". He relapsed and died. He knew he was in trouble and called 911. The people with him, hung up the phone and dragged him in the hall to die. It just took one slip up after treatment to kill him.

If that situation happened to me, I would be there for her but no way in hell would I take her back. Once trust is broken, it doesn't come back.

dude seriously if she really wants to get sober and do the deal she will and she will be an even better person than she was before she started using but it might be in her best interest and also yours if y’all cut it off at least for a while. It’s hard to get sober in a relationship.

that would get you about 160 vic 10s. That will last about a month for someone that's truly addicted.

Unless there's a magic pussy involved in this story, you need to move and get a new phone number before she leaves Houston.

1. Be done with this

2. Since her dad is involved, tell him she owes $800 and tell him he can break the news to her about the break up as he dutifully checks in on his daughter during rehab

3. Absolutely get tested for everything

Is it just me or does it seem there are more women getting into these situations over the past decade or so, compared to prior years / decades? Every week there's another teacher banging a student, and I hear far more stories about substance abuse in women than I can remember hearing long ago.

Staying with people with toilet bowl lives only gets you flushed with them.
You cannot save a self destructive person.

The sex will be better . Opioids kill a sex drive and coming off them make a person extremely horny.
