No... Floresville definitely does not have a loop. Unless they built it in the past year.Not sure what's up with that. It's only 6,000 people.... Andrews, TX, however, with 12,000, may be the smallest town with a loop.

ABC news said it was a false alarm. Someone called 911 reporting shots were fired. I guess police didn't find any evidence that it actually happened.
