My fiance works in marketing at a large multinational retailer. Let's clarify what this means for a company as large as AB:
They have such a large marketing budget that they outsource individual campaigns to outside agencies. They directly sent whomever within AB a budget for "LGBTQ" outreach and that team deligated the campaign to an agency where they directly work with each other on the deliverables. His statement is technically correct and he's 100% FOS simultaneously
