Advocate Article
A transgender woman who tried to visit her incarcerated brother claims Louisiana prison officers ordered her to remove her underwear and told her she would have to reveal her genitalia before she could leave the facility.
China Nelson, a 48-year-old New Orleans resident, said in a lawsuit filed Tuesday that officers at Louisiana State Penitentiary at Angola insisted on searching her vehicle after she refused to take off her pants and underwear.
Nelson, who sued under her given name Donald, filed the federal suit against the state Department of Public Safety and Corrections. It accuses several unnamed prison guards of violating her Fourth Amendment rights against unreasonable searches and seizures.

Transgenders can go to jail? I thought that was a get out of jail free card.
Edit: I see it was a visitor. My theory stands.

Our world is fricked.
Also, there are no rules in prison searches. It's lucky they didn't make her open her butthole and cough.

"When an unknown guard stated that she saw 'something' in Ms. Nelson's pants, Ms. Nelson acknowledged that she was born a male as indicated on her driver's license in an effort to explain the 'something' the guard stated she saw," the suit says.
so, what was the object?

Mental health care needs serious reforming.

Angola guards are supposed to be blocking contraband coming or going from the prison.
Finding an object (cock) they weren’t expecting on a patdown could have been something being smuggled, hence the search.
Visiting prison isn’t a right. They don’t like it, they can call next time instead of visiting.

I think you either need to read the info above again or brush up on the law a bit.
It was leaving the prison and other than talk loud or threaten guards have zero authority over civilians, they can deny a visit but have frick all control over if it was able to leave.
They can call actual law enforcement if they witness a crime but other than that they have no more legal standing than a security guard with civilians.
State of LA is about to cut the shim a check

Actually, they send visitors through a body scanner. The particular one they use doesn't show soft tissue on the screen, or at least it's advertised as not, so a dick shouldn't show up.

Guess it's not that committed.
Still uses its real name and has kept the wiener.

I don’t see a problem. When entering any detention center or prison you’re subject to any search and signs are posted everywhere stating such.
I’m confused by his name being China but then it says he sued under his legal name of Donald. If his name is China now, wouldn’t that be his actual legal name now?
Hopefully this nonsense is thrown out quickly
