The domestic violence thing is fricked up. But why should I give a frick about a 20 year old who got caught drinking? Who cares. It shouldn't be illegal for someone over the age of 18 to drink. This is some puritan shite.

I got arrested for Minor In Possession of Alcohol one month before my 21st birthday

The court fee was probably about $400. I also had to take classes which cost money, I was already on probation so this added a few extra months of fees from that. There was also 30 hours community service which was to be done at this place that was only open on weekdays and I had to take time off work to do it, so I'm also factoring in loss of wages and gas it took to drive do the other side of the county to get there.
