Country crime is property crime like theft, meth, and meth related crime.
Urban crime is more violent and the stats show that.

You are talking about rural America towns like Lumberton NC, Darlington South Carolina, etc which consistently rank highest in crime per capita. Want to know something else about those rural towns? Its majority black and vote Democrat.
