Make sure you arrive at the airport early enough Monday morning to catch that 6am flight. I'll just be waking up to hit the gym then grab breakfast with your wife and kids before I head to the office.

Seems like a case of multiple failures by AA
That women could have been stopped at 2 previous locations to take the stroller and explain the rules, if those rules even needed explaining.
I expect a policy changes to come from this.

The women deserves a decent portion of fault, but the gate agent should not of let her past with a stroller and there is almost
Always an attendant standing at the door as soon as you get on the plane that should not of let her pass either. So that's two
Employees she passed by with a stroller.
The airlines really need to do a better job of making the gate attendants control the airplane boarding. It should be a pretty firm line of control, so much easier to handle issues at the gate then on a dang airplane.
