Got a laptop on Amazon about a week ago, it is a POS and I'd like to return it and pay more to get a different model. Do they allow this or am I stuck with it?

Shouldn't be an issue.

Incredible customer service. Just call them and I'm sure it'll be fine.

Make sure to wipe your nut off it though. I think semen auto-disqualifies you for returns.

I just returned a PC from 1998 that was in my attic and Amazon took it. I think you're good.

You'd probably have to have a better reason than "it is a POS"

You typically have 30 days I believe. Call them and tell them that the computer is not what you wanted and they should swap it out for you

I can't even watch netflix on it with no other tabs or programs open without it skipping sporadically. I have a different better laptop that works perfectly so I know it's not my internet connection.

They amaze me. I wish they offered Internet and cell service.

They will most likely tell you to keep the laptop, send you the new one you want for free, along with $10,000 cash and pay a hooker to come over and blow you.

Amazon customer service is amazing.

Anyone buy shoes off of Amazon? I've been considering getting shoes from them but concerned about them fitting and what the policy would be on returning them for another size.

I've bought some boots (square toe) and about 7 or 8 pair of shoes. They've all fit perfectly so I haven't had to exchange them, but they're usually prime, so I wasn't concerned with any potential issues.

I've exchanged and returned countless items to Amazon over the past few years. I've never had a single issue from their return/exchange protocol.

My wife bought her dad a pair of shoes for Christmas off of Amazon. It was as easy to return them as anything else...go to the website, print out a label, slap it on the box and drop it off at the local UPS branch.

This. But I believe prime members get a supermodel instead of the hooker

And they said the $99 wasn't worth it

I'm almost positive Amazon would let you return a used condom. They really have the best customer service.

Their return policy is like a regular store. You don't need some special reasoning to return something. You can return it simply because you are broke and shouldn't have bought it if you want

It's been said several times already but their service is the reason they are #1. Recently I was double shipped wine glasses by accident, I called to notify them of the mistake and they told me to keep both sets at no extra charge.
