I'm almost positive Amazon would let you return a used condom.

No doubt.

I've ordered items under $10 that I needed to return and when I completed the online return form a notice popped up and said my refund had been processed and there was no need to return the product.

The math makes sense considering the product weight and shipment costs, but I still couldn't believe it. I'm sure they'd stop you if you abused it, but here and there they don't seem to care.

Got a laptop on Amazon about a week ago, it is a POS and I'd like to return it and pay more to get a different model. Do they allow this or am I stuck with it?

Amazon has the best return customer service!

You can chat with them at LINK

Look for live chat option.

They often will even wave a 30 day return policy if it's through Amazon's own company.. not 3rd party.

Tell them it isn't work up to your satisfaction and they will pay for the shipping. Tell them it runs funny.. Sometimes you have to say it doesn't work properly so you aren't on the hook for return shipping.. but they are truly awesome when it comes to returns..! So easy.

You'd probably have to have a better reason than "it is a POS"

Not with Amazon you don't.

You don't have the option to test something you buy online.. they allow you to buy and return within 30 days no matter what. The only thing is if you are just returning it because you want something else.. sometimes you may have to pay return shipping. But if you tell them it doesn't work like you had in mind.. or something is off about it.. they pay the shipping.. and don't feel bad about them. They have it good with shipping companies.

Oh how I love amazon's customer service. Just stick it in a box and throw the prepaid label they have you print on it and you are good.

They might make you pay for shipping if you simply just changed your mind about the product. If it isn't as advertised or some other legitimate reason, shipping is usually free.
