Amazon Prime and Netflix are about to out price themselves. Have to search for anything I want to watch on Netflix and I can get Prime Pantry/subscribe and save for most of what I want.

I have a Prime credit card, too, so I get the 5% back on Prime orders thus negating the yearly fee.
Oh yeah, same here. I forgot about that in my moment of blind rage.

I also go to the online customer service chat section
I tell them my package was late, they can confirm.. and ask them about the free month of prime compensation and they always okay it.
That has helped me, especially when I don't pay annually.. and they just extend on another free month of prime.
Just go to this link LINK ?
I'll let yall in on another secret. You are allowed to share prime with one other person who simply just needs a prime account. they get all the same benefits except prime video.
*One other new feature I just discovered with Amazon Prime is you can actually share all of your prime benefits, including video.. with whoever, but you have to agree to sharing your credit card payment options.. so it would have to be someone you trust.. However, I have noticed that the credit cards don't even show up.
It's called Amazon Household
LINK
See that link for more info on Households (and no it doesn't have to be someone from the same state as you.) I added a really good friend up recently who did not have prime.. and we both get prime membership stuff, even though I am the only one who pays for prime. Now they did have an issue the first month where they got charged, but I contacted customer service, and explained the situation and they set their account to never renew prime.. and ever since then it's been good to go.
Sorry if I am not explaining this better.. just check the link for more info. You are allowed to add 1 adult member to share all your prime benefits with.

Eventually, however, Amazon will be graded on profit, in retail, like all other retailers. That is when Amazon will start getting stingy with returns and whatnot.
This has been said for 20 years. They are never going to be a value story - always going to be pushing growth.

Got an email about it being time to do it again, and my old debit card had expired. Didn't even notice the difference they were charging the card I asked them to use.
I stream from it, and order some necessities, and some fun stuff too.

Son of a bitch these greedy bastards are out to nickle and dime us to death. I quit using Amazon because I refuse to pay the Louisiana sales tax on anything I buy.

How's that mail order bride going for you? I didn't know they offered that product. I'll check into it

Ever seen a growth curve much? There are only so many people in the world. Especially developed countries.
Prime is already in 60%+ households in the US. They will run out of new members at some point (ie slowing growth). If they want to continue growth, it’ll be international Prime. The US Prime will stall and that is when US Prime rates will increase. We can agree to disagree. However, they did just increase Prime rates 20% so...

No link. I saw it on CNBC an hour ago while they were discussing the conference call.

What if he rather spend his time outside his house doing things that aren't shopping?
Exactly. Why would I go to a store to buy laundry detergent when I can just say "Alexa, order me some laundry detergent" and Amazon sends me the same kind of laundry detergent I always buy?
I pretty much only go to a store to buy groceries or something I can't wait two days for.

Thanks for ordering from Costco, I love you.

Article states "for new members". Grandfathered stays @ $99
Posted on 4/26/18 at 5:43 pm to Spock's Eyebrow
Don’t worry it’s only $72 a year if you have a valid EBT or Mediciaid card...
I’m keeping it for now but we’ll see how much if it continues to make sense down the road.
