Yes the white collar folks are very well compensated and if they've been there for more than five years it would be hard not to be worth a few million at this point due to the stock compensation stuff.

The recent commercials I've seen featured warehouse workers. So their happiness comes across a bit forced but who knows, maybe they do like it. Though I find it hard to believe.

I worked at an Amazon fulfillment center for a little while the work sucked because it was boring but the management were not that bad. You could come and go from your workstation as needed for bio breaks. There were scheduled breaks and lunch times but as far as work environment goes it wasn't bad if you only want to do mind numbing tasks or that is you intelligence level.
