Amazon 2 day shipping is taking me 6 days to get

I ordered something today. I'm a prime member and the item was a prime item. The order says it is going to get here Monday. What in the frick? I can't even make those numbers work badly.
Ship Wed the order should be here Friday, not Monday.
I used to place an order one day and in 2 days I get it. Amazon has slowly slid the goalposts on me.

I've never gotten an Amazon prime shipment within 2 days. Can't wait for my year subscription to be up.

The item is probably out of stock til Friday. Your two day shipping starts when they receive it.

Amazon is letting too many poors get prime and it's watering the service down. They need an Amazon OT Baller subscription.

I cancelled mine because I didn't require the major use of Amazon like the previous year and they credited $100 back into my account.

Send a complaint and they will overnight it, and possibly give you free Prime for a month.

Amazon is kind of all over the place, although I'm still typically getting everything on time.
Part of it isn't them dropping the ball, part of it is me getting used to ordering stuff on Thursday/Frida and getting it on Saturday or Sunday. Thus, I'll order 4 things, and 2 day shipping is 2 business days for half of it and 2 days straight up for the remainder.
