Total Cholestrol- 268 - Printout says I will die
HDL- 78- Printout says I will live forever and have a negatice risk of heart disease
LDL- 166- Printout says I WILL DIE
Tri- 121- Printout says I will live
Ratio of Total/HDL- 3.44 - Printout says I will live forever
What says the OT?

About 6-8 years ago, I learned that my total cholesterol was >300. At the time, I was a workout junkie, running at least 2 miles every day. I am 6' and weighed 172. Doctor said it was just something hereditary that I needed to control. Thankfully there is now a generic for crestor.

And my two ratios are optimal. I am assuming that is why I am not on meds.
