Yeh. Just like Omar Mateen’s dad was an FBI informant. we are JUST finding that out. The FBI is a disgrace on multiple levels. They hide the truth & They politicize everything.
They knew about Cruz. His cousin called them 9 days prior to the shooting and told the FBI about the weapons and what he planned to do. Officers visited his home 39 times prior to that call. He threatened students 2 weeks prior. Yourube reported his video. The school informed the FBI that he introduced himself as a “professional school shooter” but they did NOTHING to stop him, and now all we hear from the media is how our guns need to be taken. It’s outrageous.

Not one of those little drama queens over the weekend of “March for Our Lives” brought up how the laws that ARE in place were ignored by authorities. At least none that I saw did. But I could only stomach to watch 4 of them. I didn’t hear anyone mentioned how officers were ordered to stage the area rather than take down the shooter. I didn’t hear anyone mention how med first responders weren’t allowed in for an unusually long amount of time. How they weren’t allowed to enter immediately once secure in order to stop the bleeding
And now we find out the father of America’s most deadly mass shooting (until Vegas) was an FBI informant and is under investigation. and that Omar Mateen, the shooter, admitted to the FBI agent who visited him 3 times that he did threaten mass killings at work multiple times, but it was just because he was mad— he didn’t mean it. The FBI is a disgrace. It’s beyond disgusting.

One last thing. Sheriff Israel is still employed. He knew and did nothing. And his lead deputy is a member of CAIR/Hamas and teaches Muslims at mosques how to protect themselves against mass shooters. They are being told to arm themselves. Our little American snowflakes on the other hand are being told to ban guns. There is a comical irony in the obviousness of their attempts to lead us to the slaughter. Wake up America. Wake up. There is a one world order and many of our leaders, elected officials, law enforcers, FBI agents, CIA, professors, & news anchors are members. Many more than I previously thought. It’s bad. Really really bad.

Im sure he was violating probation or parole or whatever but him having drugs in his system should have no bearing on whether or not the killing was justified
No bearing? You think him being under the influence of drugs isn't meaningful when building a circumstantial case of what happened?

If the killing was justified, it shouldnt matter if he had drugs in his system or not.
If he was fighting with the cops and reached for his gun, thats what matters to me. People are acting like this toxicology report should make or break the case

Was it ever confirmed that he had a gun?

Yes, you can see Howie Lake pull it out of his pocket

It's obvious he had a gun. Everyone knows that.
But did the authorities confirm it?

at this point, i have no idea what is true and not true with the case. my guess from all the shite posted about this is summed up with
sterling sold drugs on the store corner
he had a deal with the store owner to sell drugs
alton threatened some people with a gun while dealing
store owner calls the cops
cops come and the whole thing unfolds with sterling being killed
store owner tries to save face by going on the news and acting like he didnt call the cops and that he is all pro black whatever

Within a few seconds, Officer Lake reached into Sterling’s right pocket and pulled out a .38 caliber revolver
That is directly from the DOJ factual summary.

Where is this taking place? This thread? Because if that’s the case I don’t see it.
I’m the OP and I don’t think that way at all.
I just think politicians grand standing over a criminals death and calling for investigations should back up their rhetoric with full disclosure of ALL the facts. Not leave some hanging. If it’s not within their power, they should be soliciting those that are in control of the findings to either support their claims or more fully exhonerate her public servants.
I don’t think a white cop/ white criminal would have the toxicology report sealed. Let the facts be known.

It won’t make or break the case but it’ll further prove that Saint Alton was a piece of shite up until the moment he decided to fight Salamoni.

That store owner is one of the most vile pieces of shite in the city. frick him. I hope the feds investigate his store, not a chance in hell hes even close to clean.

yea if they release the 911 call and its the store owner, he better lock up the store and hit the road

Is this kind of thing public record in most states? And how long do states have to keep state evidence? Can you get those records after everything is said and done with the charge?

Man I wonder how all the protesters are going to be able to take off work on such short notice.
Oh wait.....

When the feds investigated to see if Sterlings civil rights were violated they sealed the report before they released their findings

A federal judge has ordered officials not to publicly release an autopsy report on the death of Alton Sterling

East Baton Rouge Parish Coroner Beau Clark told The Associated Press during a telephone interview that he also is prohibited from releasing a copy of the judge's order sealing his office's autopsy report.

Good question.
I think this was part of the fed investigation so state didn’t have control. Although they may have requested the sealing. Who knows. They are mighty quiet on this.
It was ruled sealed, so I would think it’s common to be released.
