Did you watch the same video? Holy hell. All kinds of stupid in here. You think that he was struggling just trying to breath, based on what?
There is also a clear pause after "He's got a gun is said", and the other officer pulls out his gun after he hears this and points it at his head and tells him not to move. It wasn't at all like you said.

A person got shot here. Sad. But whether it's justified or not. A person died here. There should be no riots or protests. By anybody!!!!!!!! The dude showed TOTAL disrespect for the law with his record as well as having a gun when he wasn't supposed to. The LAW is for everyone's benefit. You break it you face what happens. It's pretty simple.
