In the first video posted, listen to it. At the very beginning at 2-3 seconds. You can clearly hear him being tased. No effect at all. Then the officer tackles him.

Speaking only about the people on my facebook feed, who are black and white, but most of which are talking about this are black... they really don't seem to care at all about understanding what the situation is about from 360 degrees.

You are really digging your heals in. You have already stated that the shooting was justified. So why do you care if he was or was not reaching for his gun? Let it go. Some people will watch it and feel that he is reaching for the gun, others will not. In the end it doesn't matter. He had a gun on him and was resisting arrest.
