And a few follow up remarks:

How coked up was this broad to make and post such a brazen and enthusiastically racist video.

:fingers crossed: I hope there's at least one black athlete she's slept with that will release her nudes, hopefully of them in bed together.

No it's not. It isn't illegal for her to say what she said. She can say it all day long, but any organization she is associated with has a right to dismiss her.

You can make a video saying whatever you want and post it on social media. Unless you are making threats to people, you will not be in trouble with the law, but if the company you work for feels, what you said in the video, does not represent it's views, then they can fire you. That doesn't mean free speech is dead.

Had any single black woman said the same thing about white people, nothing what so ever would be done.

Yet, the white girl is probably gonna get kicked out of school

sadly some of the most blatant racism I have ever seen is largely in the North - everyone just points the fingers at is in the south about it.

I remember watching something on Darius Rucker and he was asked, being a black country music artist, does he ever experience racism and he said the only time he experienced any type of racism was one night when he was performing in New York...

That's just one person, which doesn't automatically mean the north is more racist than the south, but I thought that was interesting.

Finsta = Anonymous, second instagram account where you post your real stuff because parents/randos follow your named account.

Snaked = Stabbed in the back, in this case meaning her identity was outed.

Review the desegregation issues Boston had in the 70s.

I am not familiar with this so I will have to read up on it. There is a theory that places like NYC do experience more racism because of the diverse cultures that live within one another.

It's official, she's been expelled. Direct from UA President Bell.

I guess if it is just the sorority it is not a free speech issue but if she is really kicked out of the university like somebody claimed it it, or should be.

I guess she is disbarred from getting an education now.

Nope, the government did not restrict her right to say what she did.

She has been expelled from UAlabama and her rights to free speech were still not infringed upon.

It's the government's university. She does not have the right to attend government universities because she used her right to free speech.

Expelled from school does seem a tad harsh, but you know what? Life lessons come at ya hard. Play stupid games, win stupid prizes and all that.
