& correct me if I’m wrong- from what we’ve heard from wbrz, she was on the east side of the tracks (likely coming from the jack in the box on south foster). So she was originally heading towards the interstate (away from BR High & CHS and towards downtown) but then there was a train so she decided to turn around (or she may have been trying to get away from creeps).
Now explain how we know know where bullets came from. I don’t understand that part.
Also, is it possible one perp got out the car then jumped back in?
Lastly, I’m hoping Cajun electric lighting has something on their security cameras. The make & model of the car, hopefully. They HAVE to have security cameras. They sell really high end fixtures. I’m concerned that they haven’t put that out yet asking for the public’s help. I wonder how many days it was after Mickey’s disappearance before law enforcement put the images of Brandon Scott Laverne’s truck??

I think it’s pretty clear now, in my mind, what happened
She is stopped westbound waiting on the train.
A person approached her car from the front as she waited and probably didn’t notice until the last second because she was eating.
For whatever reason he shot her though the windshield and she immediately threw the car in reverse cutting the wheel hard to the left (this hard cut slamming it into reverse creates the squealing sound).
This spun the car around facing the opposite direction (now east bound) as he continues to empty the magazine into the vehicle.
She is stopped westbound waiting on the train.

Do you think it’s her car you can hear peeling out or the perps?
I’m wondering if it’s hers and that’s why the cops have no leads. There was no other car. The perp was on foot.

The casings came from the gun and fell to the ground? So we know the median is where the gun was fired / where the shooter was standing?

No clue, I refuse to listen to the audio. But tires will make a short squeal when making a sudden hard turn. Peeling out makes a much longer louder sound.

They were definitely on foot, given the location of the hole in the drivers side glass. They were standing while shooting down at her chest and arms. If they were also in a car, she would’ve been shot in the head. This was an up close shooting.
