Who in the hell uses MDT? There are like 200 people living in that time zone.

Damn, I finally caught a break! I've been flying on Wednesdays every week for the last couple of months and didn't travel this week!

Not just UA. Just tried to check-in on SWA website for flight tomorrow. Website spit out an error code, locked up and said call. I've been on hold for nearly 40 minutes, for one of the few companies that this hold time isn't routine for.

Oh yeah, I wasn't planning on calling UA. I guess we shall just wait and see.

The hold times are getting rough now, I hate calling the airlines. Think this might be the problem

Just saw that. What this means is all the tiny 50 seater planes are better off for now than flights like NYC-LA or San Fran. The SHARES system is terrible, no idea why United stuck with that in the merger. This is the second time in a few months that it's happened.

With O'Hare, Houston-Bush, and Denver all being major UA hubs, you may want to avoid air travel for quite a while. It may take 2 weeks to sort everything out.

Everyone flying UA through Denver. Terminal B has to be a madhouse right now. Prayers being sent for the safety of the Swarovski kiosk.

My person in question made it to Houston and boarded his connecting flight, so I guess some things were largely unaffected. Hooray! Good luck to all of the travelers out there!
