Detectives were able to develop a suspect. He was interviewed, but "at the time there was not sufficient probable cause to charge him with a crime," it reads.
Chief Jerrod King said, even though officers might have a hunch about a suspect, they can't act on that alone.
"... we have legal standards that we have to follow to make an arrest and have the case be prosecuted, and those standards simply weren’t met in July," he said in the release.
A second recording device was found at the gym on Aug. 29. This one appeared to be an activity tracking bracelet, and it also was collected as evidence.
Nawww THIS is where he fricked up... dude got away with it the first time last month... he was interviewed by the police and no charges placed against him... then he goes back and does it again. Dumbass.
