Used in the hospital pre and post op in a wide variety of routes: Intravenous, epidural, intranasal, transdermal patch, oral, sublingual (under the tongue), very potent stuff. With illicit use, addicts like to stash and use a bunch of patches at once.

That is indeed a lot of doses of Fetanyl considering the stuff is measured in micrograms!
Only two ways to source such vast quantities, of such a sketchy substance and 1.) is face-to-face dealing with some very shady and not so nice characters, which I don't think our little hardlegger's delight here would have been up to. 2.) and almost assuredly is that she got all this stuff (the cocaine HCL included) on the darkweb, as you can source almost anything of top quality/purity from the good ole internet these days. Also means she is SOL for giving up her supplier in that instance. (edit: not completely, but it severly complicates her ability to cooperate sufficiently)
Lastly someone mentioned she's a festival girl, which leads me to believe that's where she was making her profits of all this frickery, hand over fist...but what do I know...

It's about 100 times more potent than Morphine, but short acting. A tiny bit too much will kill you.

I had A huge lymphoma tumor wrapped around my spine from L2 to L5. Before I started treatments, the 3 80mg oxycontins a day were not enough. My oncologist gave me fentanyl patches.

Where on God's earth would she be able to get that much Fentanyl. Dosing for this drug is in micrograms, that's 1/1000 of a gram. She may never see the light of day again. It would be great if they make her a deal if she gave information on her source. This is fcuking crazy!!!
