Who are they censoring? It’s a government funded show and station. I thought governments had the ability to dictate the content on their own stations

The writers of the show? PBS is a government station but Arthur is just a show. Keep up that censorship though otherwise your kid might catch the gay

Hey, Gumps: if your 4 year old knows what gay marriage is already, you need to do some serious parenting audits. Put the Schlitz down and figure out how Bruhnsyn and HayLee Rose know so much about man on man.

Maybe the kids didn’t know what gay marriage is and now all of a sudden their kindergartner is asking. I could see how someone is pissed off that a subject that shouldn’t be discussed amongst prepubescent children is being placed in a kids show

APT has to solicit donations from people in Alabama who probably don't want their kids watching that. So it is a wise business decision to not air it. Not sure why a certain person is so offended that it won't air.
