I’d have to assume most visitor dress codes are written with the mindset that people are visiting prisoners and are going to be seen by a bunch of other inmates. It’s not like an execution takes place in sight of any of the other inmates. She wouldn’t get thrown out of a restaurant or business for her attire being inappropriate so tbh I think this whole issue is kind of dumb.
