Sounds like the negligenceproduct failure that caused the explosion could lead to a lot of potential plaintiffs if every gallon of gas goes up 15 cents when we all know insurance will cover oil industry losses.
They can't just EPH up and benefit from it by raising prices, or maybe they can.
