When asked how he was injured, the boy said Darius Deane Lewis, who was tasked with caring for the boy, had whipped him with a belt and punched him in the stomach several times, the documents show.
Hospital staff also found the boy had a laceration on his liver and bruising on his kidney, which aligned with the child's narrative of the abuse. The boy was transferred to the Intensive Care Unit.
frick that guy

Darius Deane Lewis, who was tasked with caring for the boy
who would task this guy with caring for anyone/thing?

Not too hard to figure out what happened to that child. Feed this guy to the crocodiles.

This is horrific and tragic. These poor children, if they survive, will likely grow up to be just like their daddies (or caretakers) and the vicious cycle of abuse goes on.
And this child will grow up knowing he was beaten so badly he almost died - by someone he trusted. How awful is that? 5 years old.
Black community leaders - stand up and fight for these kids.

i didn't see where it mentioned this guy being the father.

Cut his fricking head off. Anyone who could do that to a 5 year old is beyond help.

Yep, I just changed it. Thanks

If this child lives, it will grow up to be an angry, dangerous, menace to society. What a fricked up, hopeless situation

White people are probably to blame.

The black community is fixated on the location of a motherfricking ZOO and not this. Until that changes, the decay worsens.

This is crazy. Darius just reached out to me last week to ask if I'd help proofread his doctoral thesis. What a sad day.

Unfortunately, the black community isn't going to listen to some honky in St. George (like me) talk about morality, being a productive citizen and how to raise kids. It takes members of their own community to make an impact.
And let's not pretend the white community doesn't have issues as well because we do. We have meth heads and white trash who do terrible things. Members of our community need to stand up to these idiots as well. None of this behavior should ever be normalized in our community.

The biggest childhood risk factor for death or serious injury is the presence of an unrelated adult male in the household.

No money to be made off of this....no care given by the likes of Gravy and other outspoken community 'leaders' since they cannot line their pockets.

I wouldn't task that guy with taking care of a bag of sand.
