Did you hear the Weezer cover? That's a pretty good cover

I have seen this cover over a dozen time, and I like it almost as much as the original. Dude can whale. He's also got some other great covers. Go check out his cover of Fake Plastic Trees

Not the best, but a very good song and better than any of the crap being put out today.

Congrats on being an idiot who can’t find good music.

Saw Weezer at Champions Square playing their version of Africa. Did a great job but doesn’t compare to Toto. Africa is probably in my top 20 favorite songs of all time.

Bobby Kimball, the singer in Toto, was from the big city of Vinton, LA, and is a proud McNeese alum.

And the best lead singer they’ve had by far imo.

Satisfaction made the Stones. It transitioned pop music to rock music. Hell, Mick is probably the most imitated lead singer ever.

The Beatles had more hits, but the Stones pushed the boundaries. The original Rock Stars.

ehh… highly overrated, IMO. Good tune, but sheesh... takes forever to get to the good part.

Just re-listened, and the song doesn't start rocking until 5:57. The tune ends at 8:00. I don't mind long songs, and I don't mind "interludes" that build-up. But Stairway to Heaven is just.. ehhh.

I'm sure the downvotes are coming, but I just find Led Zeppelin and the Rolling Stones to be quite overrated. Not bad, just overrated.

More controversial opinions? I absolutely do NOT think Hotel California is a Top Five 'Eagles' song. And I do love me some Eagles. When it comes to pure 'harmony' I put the Eagles barely behind Simon and Garfunkel.

It's 3 songs in 1, and it flows like sweet honey. It's a god damned masterpiece
