Go read Pat Englade's statement on this event. Its on FB and he dead centers what needs to be done. And its very contrary to what the current officials appear to be doing or want to do.

Baton Rouge will still be outraged at the senseless killings but are we mad enough to do something about it? Good cops know what needs to be done to slow this down and it’s absolutely not social programs. We are at war and it’s time to fight back!
