Yeah, but they are not targeting the general public. There is a difference between murders that take place in high crime areas that is usually a result of drug activity and murders of random people at a random public place.

I wouldn't be shocked if it was at Dick's Last Resort. Went there with the family last summer and they had the rudest wait staff I'd ever encountered. We left after my wife ordered a coke and the waitress told her she'd better order a diet coke. Never going back.

Obviously witness reports are often incorrect, but one said sniper and others said they heard 50 shots. SWAT is apparently on scene.
It doesn't sound like what happens in the ghetto everyday which is Tyrone getting revenge on LaMarcus for shorting him a half gram.
