don't believe that was their objective, they want everyone to know what the price for betraying them is, they are definitely into publicly demonstrating their point but it was very obvious who the target was and no "civilians" were targeted

Someone completely kitted out who hangs out long enough to die on scene doesn't strike me as a drug type targeted hit. Obviously there is gray area - ie, the incel killing in CA or something like that, where there was an apparent motive and some specific targets but it wasn't just a revenge/turf type killing.

That was the video I saw as well...would explain why shooter stopped firing when car passed in line of site.

When I was a kid we lived in Brownsville, TX for a few years - the kid that lived across the street - his dad pissed off the cartel - and they left the dad’s wrist & hand with his Rolex still on in a shoe box on the front porch
Come to find out, they made the dad’s twin brother do it to show loyalty
