Accused Shreveport Ponzi Schemer claims he's incompetent to stand trial

To recap, ole baw is charged with defrauding investors of over $100 million, playing on his social connections with Shreveport and surrounding area heavy hitters. He and his wife were seen at all the right events and his kids were in the Holiday In Dixie Cotillion.
At one point to keep the scheme afloat he went to New York to try to tap new sources, hiring a theatrical makeup artist to disguise him as an Orthodox Jew. I'm sure he thinks he can run rings around the court appointed shrinks #boldstrategycotton
Of interest to the OT, he was an LSU DKE.

Amazingly enough, there were two major Ponzi schemes going on in NW LA at the same time. The other guy was as big or bigger, but kept a lower profile.

Hunted with some guys from S’port last year that said he took millions of people he had know all his life, and that he was a major idiot. Said he was always the dumb guy in the group.
