If I'm home, the temp will never be above 73, and I'll never set it above 75 at any point.
Just left for a week and both units were on 75.
71 at night, and if my wife wasn't always freezing, and my two kids knew how to stay under the covers, it would be at 68 at night.

Back in college when utilities were included, we'd put it at 60 every night.

Away 75
At home 70
Bedtime 68

I have been doing 68 at bedtime ever since I heard Will Wade say that he believed that to be the optimal sleeping temperature

That sounds like my dad. In fact, 76 is common at bedtime for him.

I recently got an ecobee and I find it interesting how little the unit runs during the day to maintain temps. I know it's not the heat of summer yet, but it rarely even reached 78 during the day, so it usually doesn't kick on until afternoon right before we get home.

75 all day and 71 all night.

With ceiling fans 75 stays perfectly cool here.

Yeah, I like it a lot so far

I actually have 3 units total in my house. I have the ecobee on 2 of them.

I also bought some additional sensors so I can monitor the temp in all the bedrooms and the living room and kitchen.

It's interesting to see the hot spots of the house.

Have two units (one downstairs controlling living room, den, kitchen, dining- one upstairs for all bedrooms)

Downstairs- always 73 (unless extended period of time away)

Upstairs- 74 when gone, down to 71 when home. Bump down to 69 when getting ready for bed.
