About how many days does it take the Earth to make 1 complete revolution around the Sun?

1. How common knowledge should this be?
2. Should a college graduate have problems answering this "Not a trick" question?
3. Is our system really working as intended if a college graduate employee in a non-labor based position can make over $150K/year and not be able to answer this question?
