Abort the Mission - Prob Solved - PPT Note from Hell

I am no PPT master - does anyone have a good remedy for permanently getting rid of a note?
It is a hidden note from a contractor and is showing when I import it into an Adobe Presenter media player.

I made a copy from the master slide and the note didn't follow this time.
Deleted the hellacoius slide.

You cant just edit the power point slide then convert it to a PDF after making changes?
