There probably isn’t an iota bit of difference between anybody in that video. Just four people failing spectacularly at life . I am surprised the wife did not grab the husband in a bear hug and walk him out of there . I hope everybody involved has a really shitty rest of their lives.

The best resolution to this situation we could have hoped for would be all parties involved to have suffered from spontaneous combustion at the onset of filming.

Surely you don't believe she was the issue. For all involved, her film is the only thing that tells any kind of story. I imagine there is at least 5 or more minutes we don't get to see.

It's hard to tell without full context and because of that woman's atrocious filming, but it seems to me that the dad was acting relatively calm and gave ample warning to the hothead dead dude. It appears he was legitimately defending himself from a lunatic attacking him with a bat and repeatedly threatening to kill him.
Now the son on the other hand, appears to be trigger happy and ever so much the hot head as dead dude and was just itching to get in on the action. After shot with the pistol, I'd assume he was pretty subdued. IMO I wouldn't charge the dad with 1st degree but would throw the book at the son.
That being said, the dumpster was the least trashy thing in that whole situation.

Orange shirt was a hot headed barking dog with no bite....Ran into some banjo on the porch playing crazy....his temper did not allow him to see he was playing with Fire. Dumbass 1&2 both had ability and duty to retreat and did not do so. They were not protecting their property or life....They should’ve retreated tactically. They are armed. But I want to say I heard hot head ask his wife for the gun....either way, thing 1 and thing 2 accept a manalaughter plea deal and serve minimal time, I’ll wager....

They are not defending their property and have willingly showed up with firearms. There were several opportunities to back up and leave, call the authorities and the whole thing never happens.

of course what it was all about. Probably that heavy debris/trash and that's it. Trash disputing trash. I don't think a prosecutor will have any trouble convicting these guys. Their public defender can't win this one with a jury.
