I think you're wrong.
If no shooting had occurred, the father and son would have been in trouble just for brandishing a firearm.
But because the guy in orange escalated things, I think they can use self defense as a justification for shooting.

Dead guy got what he was asking for. Stand your ground laws are a bitch to folks armed with baseball bats. Orange shirt shouldve seen what he was up against and backed down.

Yeah. Lots of stupid in that video in both sides.
Wish we could see exactly what the guy was doing when the first shots were fired. Looks a whole lot like he was the aggressor and got himself killed for it.

I have to agree- everyone involved is...stupid. You can easily see the decedent being a habitual hothead, based on his demeanor. Things were destined to spiral out of control.

I think the son probably could have avoided shooting. Looks like his back was turned and he was retreating.

Whoa, holy cow. I'll almost bet she started rolling due to the other guys kicking it all up a notch with the guns. We see the end but I have a feeling Orange shirt and Mama Bear felt threatened long before he grabbed a bat.
