Contrary to the movies, unless you dome someone, handgun rounds often don’t drop people in their tracks instantly

It's actually harder than tv/movies make it seem.

Adrenaline...drugs...mental illness...the human body can take some serious abuse before checking out. But the average person hasn’t seen the graphic truth and the media won’t show it.

Muh why didn't they shoot him in the leg?

Anybody asking or proposing this has never had a minute of firearms training in their lives.

Twitter has long past usefulness to normal people. It's just a mouth to utter ridiculousness. People are questioning why did she have to shoot at him and so many times.
I wish everyone who posts something on Twitter would be required to be attacked by a stranger with a weapon and see how they'd react.

I once read an account from an Army NCO who deployed to Afghanistan in the early 2000s. An Afghan tribesman all hopped up on khat came at him with a sword. The NCO emptied a 9mm mag into the tribesman - didn’t even slow him down. Fortunately, the sergeant also had his personal .45 ACP with him. He drew that and two rounds from THAT brought the Afghan down.

Some people are too mean to die easily.I took care of a man in ICU that was shot 11 times by his wife with a .38 special. He had 14 holes in him,11 entrance and 3 exits.
1st was through the hand when he tried to grab the gun,2nd he turned to run and she shot him under the R.ear, came out below the chin. Then 6 times in chest and abdomen twice in 1 leg and once in the other.
It was pretty amazing, besides both lungs being perforated he no major organs, blood vessels or bones hit.Had a good many holes in his stomach and intestines. He was only in hospital a couple of weeks.
I asked him if his wife had 2 pistols or did she reload,he said he wasn’t sure.
Didn’t learn his lesson, his son shot him in the head with a .357 magnum 5 years later. He didn’t survive that one.

Very likely that he was using plain ball ammo which for 9mm is not good as it’s very dependent on good hollow point expansion.

There are examples of good shoots. There are also examples of bad ones.

This video doesn’t change that.

9mm ... if it was a .45, wouldn’t have gotten near that close.

Since she had to clear it. I'm assuming that it was a Chrysler.

I’d say you’re correct since the 9mm was his issue weapon.

In real life, most people associate with people they think are both fun and responsible.

Social media, this board included, doesn't allow you to filter the 5% of idiots from the 95% of good people.

By the way, my personal estimate of 5% (idiots) and 95% (good people) stands regardless of race or color.

I don't think that liberals really care. This doesn't fit their narrative that guns and cops are all bad.
