re: A shout out to everyone who survived or went through Hurricane Katrina

I was talking about OS. ?? Katrina was nothing like the Olympic bombing brother. The only thing you guys have by comparison is the burning of Atlanta and I’m pretty sure I still hear about that.

For comparison purposes, just assume that half the homes in Atlanta are destroyed or not functional. The power grid is completely gone. You can’t get anywhere. The interstates are all completely smashed up. What do you think would happen in Atlanta. I imagine it would make Katrina and New Orleans look like a fricking picnic. You would probably be killing and eating each other after two weeks. The good thing about hurricanes if you really get to know your neighbors and what’s really important in life. Maybe we need National Hurricane. Of the power grid goes down for a month or so you will get it .

It’s something that only people that live on the coast get, knowing your town and way of like can be destroyed any hurricane season. We have like BK /Ak on the Mississippi Coast before Katrina and after. I think we lost or changed about 20-25% of our population just like the lady said on the plane. Sorry, I had to hear about Camille my whole damn life so now I am and old mfer talking about Katrina. And Thank God for the Mormons and all the church groups, as bad as the federal response was , they were the saving grace, but I think that America is gone now.
