A short Twitter video you might enjoy

One of those 1st amendment auditors was out filming looking to get someone mad so they could file a lawsuit like they always do. Someone pulls up and is mad about him filming and confronts him. The guy filming hits the guy with pepper spray.
The after of him getting sprayed is pretty hilarious. He went from gangsta to cupcake in one nanosecond.
Twitter Video
I was skeptical it was fake but looking at the auditors videos on YT makes me think it is legit.
The full video is on YT but outside of the pepper spray its boring.

People film Government agencies (usually police) from a public area to get them mad. They claim they are keeping the Gov in check but in reality they are looking for an opportunity to sue.
One they use a lot is filming inside a post office which is legal and protected by the 1A. The postal worker will call the police then the police not knowing the law will trespass them from the post office. They then sue and settle for a violation of their 1A. That one is easy so you see a lot of them do it.

I had to look it up also
They call themselves 1st Amendment auditors, people who test the constitutional knowledge of government employees or police officers and then post the results on social media and in YouTube channels....

I don't care for the ones that do it for money and to cause shite but there are a few out there that don't do it for those reasons and instead catch a lot of cops not knowing the law.
Watch some of the videos and you will get angry and realize it is scary how fast a cop will violate your rights because he is a combination of too dumb and full of little man syndrome.
There was one a while back where an attorney was driving for Uber on the side and the cops pulled him over for something and tried to intimate him not knowing he was also an attorney and knew his rights and the law.
Another one of a cop planting evidence because they knew the auditor and were tired of him fricking with them.

Everyone in that video seems to be a'holes.
And the dude that got bear sprayed definitely has a rainbow flag in his bedroom.

If you watch the longer YT video the worker was just trying to do his job. The auditors are in a public space and have a right to film and even though they don't say much you can tell they are trying to provoke the guy with the use of their camera.

Some of the settlement amounts are in the 5-figure range. A quick payday for getting trespassed from a post office

They did this at the BR courthouse and around 10 employees, constables, and cops were unaware that filming in a public place is a protected activity. Some thought "Because I say so" makes it law.

You’re using this word all weird like

Eh. I’m pretty sure it’s used correctly. Kind of like “that guy was hanged” not “that guy was hung”
