Good Lord. I feel sorry for you if this has pissed you off so badly. I'd love a safety pin. My button is all fricked up. As for protests being "the most inconsequential action someone could take," blocking interstates, airports, etc. is not an action that would push me to sympathize with the cause they're promoting.
