Plan and attempt to pull off the perfect crime. Wether it's a heist or murder- that's up to you.

Find a new and better job out west in Oregon, Washington, or California. Move out there and start a new life.

Is this your regular job? How much is the pay and how would one get into something like this?
I wish. I just recently went back to office life as a DevOps Engineer for a large software company after working remote and hopping around from place to place for a few years. Those jobs are out there though. One of my roommates is a rock climbing guide and private ski instructor. He makes a fraction of what I do but truly loves what he does. My goal is to eventually buy a snowcat and get my certs to lead guided backcountry expeditions in the winter, and just work part-time in software

You sound like a pretty big fella who's done a lot with your life already.
But can you kick MY arse?

Just keep smoking.
You had a health scare that required a biopsy and you are still smoking?
You need a brain, not excitement.

Sounds like you need a vacation to Costa Rica. That what my friends did when they had a break up. I went there once myself...LOL

Another poster suggested the event below to me. I do an annual adventure / challenge. I had just completed MT Rainier summit and a 340 mile kayak race ( two ideas for you) and was having trouble finding my next challenge
I've neve ran a race in my life so this will be a challenge. I'm signed up for the next race which is September 2017. Hopefully the scenery makes it a bit more enjoyable.
Will be checking this thread for 2018 challenge ideas.
Will add a few pictures from this year in a few minutes.

Climb Mount Rainier.
I summitted a few months ago and now I'm training to summit the Grand Teton.
A big looming challenge like that will get you up in the morning.

Start smoking crack then try kicking the habit, that's a good challenge.
