The germ was quoted as saying, "I love being a germ but I want humans to respect us as beings, like themselves, instead of germs or fungus. I want to be accepted."

This is one of the main things I can’t understand about progressives who are opposed to the wall. Do they really want people to have the ability to enter the country without us having the ability to first check and make sure they’re not carrying some sort of horrible infectious disease? I thought progressives were supposed to be the party of science.
ETA: And before any of you progressives downvote me, at least have the balls to explain why you think it’s ok to let people cross our border without us knowing anything about what disease they are bringing.
