You should see some of the shite I have seen here in Lake Charles bidding jobs and insurance adjusters that have no idea what they are doing are refusing structural engineer inspections. Attorneys here will be racking up from lawsuits.

pretty sure thats what broke and pushed the wall in
they use the foam to insulate the wall but you have to let it finish expanding before you backfill
