I’m more worried about the alcoholics that can’t go without alcohol and having people around them. They are spreading the virus and driving up medical cost when they end up in alcohol treatment centers.

My biggest problem is we're counting people who are already on death's door as coronavirus deaths even though the virus just sped up the process.
I believe the only people we should be counting as coronavirus deaths are people who are healthy, catch it, and die as a direct result of the symptoms.
If someone has, for example, late stage lung cancer, and they get coronavirus and die, they shouldn't be counted as a coronavirus death.

So if said cancer patient is shot in the head by someone, his cause of death should be listed as cancer. Just wanted to make sure.

Some studies say smokers are less likely to catch covid. Big Boy is wearing a mask and smoking so he's lowered his chances of death down to .000009%

Every time there’s a BMI thread on the OT, 80% of the posters insist it doesn’t apply to them, and that they have 8% body fat at 5’11” 240.
A lot of overweight people don’t think they’re *that* overweight. I’m not sure how you fix that.

I saw a guy 100 lbs over weight wearing a mask today
Ok? Mind your own fricking business. Who cares what comes after this sentence.

As long as the guy that’s 100 lbs overweight doesn’t say anything about someone not wearing a mask then I don’t care. If someone that’s morbidly obese goes off on someone not wearing a mask then I have a problem.

Haha, my username is named after a firearm intended for the OB which I frequent.

A lot of triggered fatties downvoted you. Get on the treadmill, loser! You're the reason why healthcare is so expensive in this country.

what is not hard for you may be hard for others.
everyone likes to equate what works for them as the end all solution for everyone, but it is never that cut and dry.
I am 307 right now. I have pretty much cut out all junk food, candy and soda, started eating better and excersising when I can, and it is hard for my body to drop the weight. I have my slips from time to time and have something i probly shouldn't and do not work out multiple times a day - in fact i can only workout a couple times a week - I give max effort when I do, but it doesn't seem to be doing much.
and there-in is the rub of it all. people that want to lose the weight, and make an effort that doesn't see the results expected, even after doing what is right - it is hard to maintain that motivation - shite i am guilty of that over the years.
im by no means saying it cannot be done - it can, if the effort is made and the person stays the course - but while there is a baseline path to follow, there is no completely cut and dry solution for everyone.
and not all fat people are driving up health care costs, so that mentality is completely flawed as well - but hey, if it makes you feel better behind your keyboard - carry on.

I hate to be brutally honest with you but if you eat egg whites, veggies, and lean proteins while exercising when you can the weight will fall off. Now if you “do what you can” or “do pretty good” it won’t. You have to commit to doing it. It’s not easy but it will work.
