This is probably a decent idea. Just make sure it's visible through the door, and keep everyone away from that side.
Otherwise, try to contact your Louisiana falconers association, or whoever is over the program with FWS: LINK
I could help if it was in AL or surrounding states. But, I don't know any LA falconers.

I put on some welding gloves and tried to get it to perch on the fork lift. He was having none of that shite. I went out on some calls. Just got back. I don't see him, but there's a spot at the top he could be. Hopefully gone.

Leave the bay doors open and kill all the lights. It will go for the light at the door. Done this before... it works.
