A guy at my office keeps staring at my new tits

I got a breast enlargment recently so I can improve my self esteem, and look like a normal woman. I showed them to a few of my female coworkers in the restroom. There may have been a bit of "see how real they feel" going on, but honestly it's women, so we do those things. People are talking about me now. It must be that obvious. I only went from a B to a D cup.(Its a great self esteem boost.)

I can tell a few guys want to say something even though they end up saying "Something is different about you. Did you change your hair?" I mean I am standing in front of them talking, and I know he wants to glance at them. I know because he keeps looking at the ceiling. I could actually take a normal compliment like a change of hairstyle, so why does he keep acting like he's never seen a pair of of boobs. It's sort of unfair, and discriminatory. I hate that guys can't act like I am not a piece of meat. I am a woman with feelings. I am a person.
