why someone gets fired other than the GM or supervisor doing the firing, but if he told people he fired him for being racist and the word gets back to the employee, he is in trouble (character assassination basically).

I shared here before I was almost fired from a prior job after I was falsely accused of racism. I committed the crime of proving a VERY racist black man wrong by presenting real-life, actual data to show he was lying about something.

Went to several HR meetings, then had to do a "sensitivity" training that was headed by a SJW white woman that never lived in a town that had less than a 97% white population. LOL

I contacted a lawyer at the time, and basically I was told there was nothing I could do but document it and hope for the best. When you are a white male accused of racism, well, you're basically fricked. What saved me, ultimately, were witnesses of the events that came out anonymously in my support.

It was shortly after that incident that my political views started to shift, needless to say. Irony, of course, being that I too was an SJW pussy at the time who would hurl out that accusation every chance I got.

Looking for my lost roll of TP

Realistically, sounds like we may have only gotten part of the story

Actually sounds like OP isn't privy to anything other than "other division" 4th hand rumors

What possible good do you think can come from getting involved in a racial dispute at work?

What typically happens is that a work problem occurs and the frickup throws the race card to try and deflect blame for what they did wrong.

What would they need to do, not correct mistake made by incompetent minorities because of potential racism accusations?

There you go. You can now stop bitching.

I wasn't commenting on the subject in the OP so much as a certain type of td poster, which I guess you fall into as you got so defensive about it.

Btw arguing that most on here use "cultcha" as a reference to a subculture and not a thinly veiled racial pejorative is fricking hilarious.

Generalities, prejudices, bigotry. You've illustrated it well.

Yep, you're no different than this "type of TD poster" you've created in your mind.

LOL. It WASN'T a racial dispute at all.

The conversation had NOTHING to do with racism whatsoever.

A guy stated my office wasn't doing something that was a key part of our success. I stated in the next meeting I would bring data to support that. He said we were lying.

Next meeting: I bring data.

He realizes he was wrong, then plays the race card. Went to my boss' boss. She laughed at him and said she wouldn't fire me. So he took it to HR.

You're doing a lot of projecting in this thread.

The people who see racism everywhere they look are usually closet racists.

Calling a spade a spade is not "seeing racism everywhere" my man. Good effort to deflect though.

I get not making potentially offensive remarks to an individual in the work place. This goes for racism, ethnicity, gender, religion, sexual orientation, etc. True, I really do get that part.

The part I don't get and refuse to do, is walk on pins and needles and baby a person because he/she fits a certain minority, out of fear that he/she would run to HR on me. I can't stand that mindset, and can't stand the other pussies in the workplace who manage that way. And you see it A LOT.

Guy continually fricks up in his job, calling in sick all the time and making mistakes when he's there. And he happens to be black. So instead of confronting him, management just constantly brushes it off, while unfairly punishing the rest of the crew because of black dude's mistakes. This is because management is in constant fear that black dude is going to somehow make a racial issue out of it.

frick. THAT. Confronting somebody in the workplace is not racism. Racism is taking actions or saying things as though a person feels his race is superior to somebody else in some way.

"Coronaville" isn't offensive to normal people.

The touchy feels SJW movement has separated more people than anything the past 20 years.

I'm glad some folks have had enough.

GM sounds like a pussy or someone just WAITING TO BE OFFENDED by something- which would also make them a pussy.
