Who would live a life where you consistently didn't have days like this?

The fact that you're pondering what to do means your life is lacking these types of days!

Going kayaking or for a hike in the morning followed by getting some good beers and food with friends while watching some games.

It's sad, but here's what I did a few weeks ago when I had a Saturday morning through Sunday morning to myself:

- Woke up and poured a big cup of coffee into a thermos. Walked the dog for four miles. (wife likes slow Saturday mornings. It was great to wake up and GO)

- Watched the end of Game Day. Watched a few plays of a game.

- Played guitar on 11.

- Took care of some things around the house. Built a bookshelf. Vacuumed. Picked up my son's toys. Did some laundry. Watched football.

- Made St. Joseph's Eve Pasta. (Wife won't eat anchovies). Opened a bottle of wine.

- Watched Ex Machina (wife doesn't like sci fi). Finished the wine.

- Fell asleep.

It was AMAZING.

That was my immediate thought but married couples with young kids probably don't get a lot of free time

Except fin. He does what he wants
