A 21-year-old LSU student is reported missing

A 21-year-old LSU student is reported missing after he was last seen early Monday morning at East Campus Apartments, according to LSU Police.
Michael Nickelotte is believed to have left on his own, police said. He was last seen at 1 a.m. Monday.
He's 6-feet, 1-inch tall, has blue eyes and a military-style haircut.
A university spokesperson said Nickelotte isn't involved in LSU's Greek Life system, and the case isn't related to the death of fraterntiy pledge Max Gruver.
Anyone with information is asked to call LSU Police at 225-578-3231.

There have been several rumors flying that someone connected to the Phi Delta situation committed suicide. I don't know if they were ever confirmed/denied but I guess LSUPD wanted to make sure the two stories weren't assumed to be connected

He was last seen at the apartments in the early morning. Inside? Outside? Parking lot? Coming? Going? What was he wearing? Was he carrying anything? Backpack? Does he own a car? If so, is it gone? If so, make, model etc...
