In what units? Certainly not Fahrenheit or centigrade.

I asked what units you're using. If Fahrenheit then you're wrong by a factor of 5 since 1985.

it’s impossible for the temperature to go up as much as you are suggesting in that time frame

I'd love to see your attempt at math on that. You have absolutely zero idea what you're talking about.

Even a lot of the most hardcore deniers of man-made climate change admit that temps are in fact rising as quickly as the data says. They just deny that we have any role in that.

You, though, are not only flat-out denying facts, but you're claiming that the facts are impossible! You're a trip, bro.

You idiots act like it’s going to keep getting warmer until the end of time. That’s not how the climate works. Take a guess at what’s going to happen in the future

You can look up the graphs yourself. There’s hundreds of them

You realize this one disproves your claim, right? Just from 1985 to 2010 where this chart ends, this shows about 0.5C increase, which is about 1 degree F. The trend has continued since 2010, and it's a bit closer to 1.5F increase since 1985. Like I said, your estimate of 1/3 degree was wrong by a factor of 5.

And don't try to say you were talking in C now because I asked your dumb arse twice which units you meant.

Just what do you think you can glean from a chart where 1 pixel is 1,000 years? There is a new variable in play over the last 1/10th of a pixel here.

If you want to play that game, instead of zooming out time let's just zoom out space to show just how inconsequential we are in the universe, so who gives a frick what we do?

Now you're flat-out denying the data that you brought to the table yourself. Classic.

That's very bad. It's early to be this damn hot. That's going to kick any depressions up into hurricanes

Lets pick one that isn't adjusted or molested. Not so scary on the whole. We can all cherry pick. Also note, in the 70's and early 80's scientists said we were going into an ice age. I know, I was there.

You might wanna research the Montreal protocol and the nations who signed it.

Overall emissions still need to be controlled as the CO2 concentration in the atmosphere is the highest in 14 million years. Yes both China and India play a big role in that.

I still don’t understand why some of y’all decide to be completely against any evidence that the industrial revolution has caused abnormal increases in temperature and greenhouse gas concentration in our atmosphere.

Water in Big Lake this Sunday was 89-90 according to my depth finder. It's hot out there. Kind of surprise we haven't had something more than that tropical storm a few weeks ago. Saharan dust FTW.

On the downside, it's been so dry my yard is starting to show fissures. So when it is going to start raining, we're probably going to see some flooding.

Crown Weather Services pertdSonsol34m04f1aa66f17cf4hct716h1lut879 · Posted On Monday 6/20/2022: There is the possibility for some sort of tropical development to occur in the tropical Atlantic between the Lesser Antilles and the coast of Africa this coming weekend into the first part of the last week of June. While it’s not unheard of to see a tropical system form in the central and eastern tropical Atlantic during late June, it’s also something that doesn’t happen very often. At this point, I think that there’s a low chance, but also a non-zero chance for tropical development about halfway between the Windward Islands and the coast of Africa around June 27 or so. This is something that I’ll be keeping an eye on and will keep you updated. One last thing, if we do see tropical development in the deep tropics this early in the season, it would be a huge red flag. The reason why is because it would mean that the deep tropics are already primed for a very to extremely busy hurricane season
