Before work: Get up at 5, do pushups and crunches, take a shower, get dressed, eat breakfast, pack my lunch and head to work.
After work: Run 3.5 to 4 miles before heading home.

I work 6 to 330 and have an hour commute. I wake up at 4, start driving by 430 and get to work a little early. I drive home, work out, drink a few beers in the yard and then go to sleep. Pretty boring but i have every other friday off.

I'm 8-7.
Up for 5:50. S.S.S. then an hour in jet tub to loosen back muscles.
Dressed and gone by 7:30.
Breakfast at Wal-Mart or gas station before work.
Off at 6-7. Gas station Mondays and Fridays. Groceries Tuesdays. Home for 7:15.
shite. Laundry. Sex. Make dinner.
TV for an hour. In bed by midnight.
I have no free time during the week. God forbid we have to go to some BS charity event, dinner, or other crap. Throws me off for two days.

Wake 5:15
Shower, get ready, pack lunch, grab stuff and load it in truck
Get my 2 daughters up and ready
Leave house 6:30
Drop them off at daycare at 6:45
At work 7:10
Leave work 4:00
Pick up both daughters from daycare at 4:30
Home at 5
Make the kiddos dinner eat, let them play
Start giving baths, etc at 6-6:30
Both kids in bed by 7 PM
Contract work on the couch, 7-10PM
Go to bed at 10
Rinse, repeat
My life is anything but boring.

10:00pm: Try to go to sleep
Tu-Th is mostly the same minus the morning working and the pm workouts are cardio.

Wake up 7:30, down a protein shake or 2 cups egg whites, drive to work for 8:30 and immediately eat some oatmeal, lunch, leave work around 6 or 7, take the dog out, head to the gym until 8:30 or 9, call/text with the girlfriend (lives 40 minutes away right now), dinner ~9:30, casein shake 11, sleep,
